- A great evening in Hong Kong, has to start by a drink at Aqua Spirit. This is a perfect chill-out place, overlooking an italian & japanese restaurant. By the panoramic mezzanine level bar, you have the best view of Hong Kong harbour. Aqua Spirit is located at the last floor of the 1 Pekin Road building. So, after you spent a couple of dollars (minimum charge of 100 something HK$ by person) for a round of Kowloon Park cocktails - for ginger lovers!- then go down to the 28th floor for a great Chinese meal at Hutong. Hutong also belongs to this dynamic hospitality group that is Aqua Restaurant Group. An interesting choice of Northern Chinese food is proposed. The menu is quite complex to understand, but you go to Hutong for the view and the atmosphere. Everything is made to stimulate your sens and make you feel you are seating in the middle of a Chinese interior design book. As some Hong Kong magazine said, it is a restaurant better to put on your company's expenses. (Aqua Luna, the Chinese junk, to be tested soon)
